
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from diverse, premium fruits thoughtfully cultivated by a variety of small vineyards spanning the Napa Valley. Low yields and great clonal pedigree, combined with meticulous farming within a variety of different appellations, are essential to producing our Cabernet Sauvignon. We believe it’s this blend of intensely ripe fruit that results in our wine’s unique character, complexity, depth and balance.
OUR TASTING NOTES
The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon exemplifies the classic Buccella style. Its deep garnet color and enticing bouquet of blackberry, fig, cinnamon stick and pipe tobacco will charm your senses. On the palate there is an overall juicy brightness and layered complexity of ripe blackberries, currants, licorice, crushed stone minerality and finely grained tannic structure. Time in the glass brings out the aromatic intensity and depth of flavor. This wine is destined to age gracefully for many years to come.
